Thomas Kendall

Born in California, Thomas Kendall trained in both classical and contemporary dance before continuing his education in pilates and yoga. He has had the opportunity to dance professionally with Ballett Zürich and Scottish Ballet, where he performed in a wide number of productions and worked with numerous choreographers.

Thomas’ passion for helping people attain controlled and graceful movement has inspired him to move into the discipline of yoga and pilates. He is currently undergoing his certified teachers training and instruction through PILATESwiss in Zürich.

With over twenty years of dance, he has gained both experience and knowledge in the joy and art of movement.
