In our foundational 200-hour yoga course that is taking place in May 2024, you will learn everything you need to know in order to practice yoga safely, with the right attitude and body alignment in yoga postures – and of course how to teach yoga classes – but also how to meditate and exceed your current capacity to focus. You’ll learn ancient techniques to rest in awareness, as well as practical daily life tools, like how to manage stress and paying attention to what matters to you. This yoga teacher training is a deep dive into yoga and the yogic lifestyle. It will perhaps be one of the best gifts you have ever given yourself.
