TEACH YOGA AUTHENTICALLY
In our 200-hour yoga course that is taking place in October 2024, you will learn foundational knowledge of the teachings and everything you need to know in order to practice safely, with the right attitude and body alignment in yoga postures. And of course you will learn how to teach yoga classes – but also how to meditate and exceed your current capacity to focus. In addition to that, on your days off you can just spend the day to digest the learnings and relax at the nearby beach here in Corfu!
You will also learn ancient techniques to rest in awareness, as well as practical daily life tools, for example how to manage stress and paying attention to what matters to you. This teacher training is a deep dive into yoga and the yogic lifestyle. It will perhaps be one of the best gifts you have ever given yourself.
