Kaliji is internationally renowned as a yogini and founder of TriYoga. Sharing yoga practices and philosophy naturally, she has presented over 50 keynote addresses. TriYoga is guided by kriyavati as expressed through Kaliji. In this way, she has brought forth a complete yoga method, including more than 1,300 hasta mudras and the systematization of asana and pranayama. TriYoga® is taught in 40+ countries with 65 TriYoga Centers and over 2,200 certified teachers. A vegan advocate for animal rights for 40+ years, Kaliji teaches the ahimsa trinity for animals, ecology and health. Kaliji’s presence, her mastery of the flow and the ageless wisdom inherent in TriYoga have inspired countless people worldwide.

The inherent characteristics of this expression, including subtle rhythmical breath, spinal waves, relaxation-in-action, and economy of movement, result in a seamless yogaflow—the unification of pranayama and mudra with dynamic and sustained asana to create greater flow of prana. TriYoga sequences have been systematized from Basics to Level 7 into a comprehensive method. Ultimately, TriYoga is merging with the inner flow, universal energy.

Free the Hips & Spine Class Description: Awaken the hips and spine with yogaflow that focuses on lower and upper body for greater vitality and health. Experience the six directional movements of the hips (flexion/extension, internal/external rotation, abduction/adduction) and spine (flexion/extension, right/left rotation, right/left lateral flexion). Free the ability of the pelvis and spine to move, allowing fluidity in forward and backward bends, as well as rotation and side bending. Spine-energizing flow emphasizes wavelike spinal movements which increase strength, flexibility and energy in the spine as well as the chest, abdomen, shoulders, arms and hands. Feel the healing flow of prana.
